MVP Landscaping is a social enterprise of Bridge of Grace Ministries, created to provide high-quality landscaping services while creating employment and development opportunities for individuals in southeast Fort Wayne. We are dedicated to hiring and investing in young adults and emerging workers, providing hands-on training in professional landscaping and lawn care under the guidance of our experienced team.

Our Mission & Vision
As a Christian based organization that values the community we serve, MVP Landscaping seeks to develop leaders and inspire Christ centered renewal by:
- Providing meaningful employment experiences, skill development, and opportunities for young adults and emerging workers in Southeast Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- Planning and completing professional landscaping and lawn care projects that restore, revitalize, and beautify our neighborhoods.
- Promoting employee development by intentionally creating opportunities for teamwork, leadership growth, personal responsibility, and positive workplace relationships in partnership with Bridge of Grace Ministries.
